Der Geschmack ist geprägt von tropischen Früchten mit Birne, Melone und Passionsfrucht. Ein zarter Hauch von Zitrone wird durch eine erfrischende Säure wunderbar ergänzt. Der Chenin blanc 2024 ist ein typischer Vertreter des Simonsig-Terroirs.
